Quantfolio (quant-folio.com) is run by Smit Bhansali, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of the Quantfolio website and web app. By creating an account or using Quantfolio you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Quantfolio.

Quantfolio is a portfolio analytics tool. It tracks the holdings and transactions you enter or import and computes returns, risk, allocation, tax summaries and projections from them. It is free to use. Demo accounts (“Try the demo”) hold sample data and are deleted automatically after 24 hours. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Everything Quantfolio shows, including scorecards, plain-English verdicts, projections, what-if scenarios, rebalancing amounts and tax estimates, is general information computed from your data. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or stockbroker, and Quantfolio never places orders. Projections are illustrative, and past performance does not predict future returns. Check tax figures with a chartered accountant before you file, and make your own investment decisions or consult a registered adviser.

Prices, index values and mutual fund NAVs come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. Your results also depend on the transactions you enter or import. We work to keep the numbers right, but we don't guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date. Check anything important against your broker or registrar statements.

You must be at least 18 and use a valid email address. Keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used it, write to support@quant-folio.com.

The portfolio data you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Quantfolio for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time in Settings.

• Don't use Quantfolio to break the law or anyone's rights.
• Don't add someone else's financial data without their permission.
• Don't try to reach other people's accounts or data, or probe, scan or attack the service.
• Don't scrape or overload Quantfolio, or use automated tools beyond normal personal use.
• Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Quantfolio is free today. If we introduce paid plans, we will say so clearly in advance, and nothing will be charged unless you choose a plan and agree to its price.

We provide Quantfolio “as is” and “as available”. We aim to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment, trading or tax decisions you make, or for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Quantfolio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (nothing, while the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You can stop using Quantfolio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you by email where we reasonably can.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, let you know by email or in the app before they apply. Using Quantfolio after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
